What Worries You, Masters You

John Locke said, “What worries you, masters you.” Worrying is not the way to go in our lives. We worry too much. We worry about things that will never happen to us. If you have something going on in your life, worrying about it won’t help you. It will hurt you. It is okay to think about your problems, but not worrying yourself about it. If you want to solve a problem, don’t worry about it, think about it.

Life is full of stress. But you must do everything within your power to manage it. Focus on what will make you happy. If you like to practice meditation, do more of it. If you like to read to calm yourself, do more of it. Just do what makes you happy. Do what makes you relax yourself, your soul. Because you are not here to worry, but to live your life. How you manage your life will make all the difference. Are you going to stop worrying yourself?

“What worries you, masters you.”-

If You Don’t Like Your Life, Paint A New One

“The whole fun of living is trying to make something better.”– Charles Kettering, inventor

You have what it takes to make your life better. You have what it takes to make your life better every day. Do not worry about yesterday’s mistakes. Focus on what you are doing right now. Now is all you need to build a better future. To do that, you must believe in your power to change your life. You can change your life today. Today. Now. Not tomorrow. Not next year. Now. If you don’t start now, when are you going to start?

Do not let fear stop you from painting a new life, a new image. Fear is small. You can walk past it. If you don’t like the life you are painting, you can change the color. If that doesn’t work, change the brush. If that doesn’t work, change how you view your paint.
