How Much Do You Want What You Want?

You know what you want, right? If you know what you want, how much do you really want it?

Do you want what you want because you want people to like you, or do you really want what you want for yourself? Think about it.

The only way to enjoy what you want is to want it for yourself. If you want something for other reasons, you won’t enjoy it.

Your goals have to be your goals. Don’t go after anything because people want you to do it. Do it because you like it. Do it because it makes you happy. Do it because it is bigger than you. Do it because it is really what keeps you going.

Do it if you want it. But don’t do it because everybody is doing it. You are not here to pursue other people’s dreams. You are here to do your own things.

Dr Joseph Murphy said, “How much do you want what you want?” If you want your dream to come true, don’t play with it. Throw yourself into it to make it happen. Don’t just talk about it. You must do the work.

If you really want what you want, you must commit yourself to it to make it happen. If you don’t do that, it means you don’t really want it. Do you really want what you want?

If You Cannot Be Good To All, Be Good To Yourself

Choose to be good to yourself. Whatever you do, love it. Wherever you are, be there. You are here on earth for a purpose. Your job is go after that purpose. Your job is not to close your eyes, but to open them to opportunities. As the saying goes, “Opportunities are everywhere.” It is true, but if you don’t open your eyes, you can’t see anything.

It is not what you look at that matters. It is what you see that matters. To see yourself, you must be closer to yourself. You must appreciate your life. You are not here to occupy people’s spaces, but to occupy your own space. Your space is your space. It belongs to you.

You are who you are. Don’t change anything about yourself. Love everything about yourself. If you are a small person, celebrate it. If you are a short person, appreciate it. If you are not too smart, there is a reason for it. If you are not rich, celebrate what you have. Enjoy what you have, and more will come to you.

Again, as the saying goes, “If you celebrate what you have, you will have more to celebrate.” No matter what, my friend, always celebrate your life. Because if you don’t celebrate what you already have, you will have little to celebrate in the future. Be grateful for your life. If you cannot be good to everybody, be really good to yourself. Can you?
