Why You Should Find People Whose Values You Share

We need the right people in our lives. We need them because we are not going to be here forever.

We need the right people in our lives because we have lots of things to achieve.

We need the right people in our lives because we are not complete. We are not perfect. We need people who are not afraid to burst our bubbles.

‘In your life, personally and professionally, find people whose values you share, and whose vision matches your own.’

George Beahm

They are not afraid to tell us what we need to hear. With the right people in our lives, growth is possible. With the right people in our lives, we can do many things. We can change many lives.

If you want to make a diference in your life, you don’t need the wrong people in your life. You need more than that. You don’t need any seasonal friends in your life. No, you do not need them.

They are energy suckers. If you want to increase your inner power, if you want to enjoy your life, you need the right people in your life.

How To Handle Self-Doubt

You are free to doubt yourself. But do not give in to it. When you feel it, express it. When it shows up, acknowledge it.

Do not try to supress it. When you do, you are not helping yourself. You are just extending your pain.

Self-doubt is not going to go away by trying to pretend it is not there. It is there.

When it shows up, ask yourself, ‘When I experience self-doubt, how do I respond?’

Do you cry? Hide? Run away? Shy away?

The best way to handle self-doubt is to see self-doubt as something that we must face, something that we must overcome, if we are to move forward.

When you feel it, do not ignore it. Self-doubt is normal. It is not here to stop you from achieving your dreams.

Use it to strengthen your dreams. Use it to strengthen your life. Do not give in to it.

Do not accept it. Why is that? Because you are good enough. You are powerful enough to handle your own life.

Your self-doubt is trying to tell you that ‘you are not good enough.’ That is not true. You are good enough. You can do whatever it is that you want to do. Take on what you can do.

Focus on what is important to you. When you do that, self-doubt cannot stop you from moving forward.

The question is, ‘When self-doubt shows up, what are you going to do?’

How?
