How To Go Through Difficult Times Without Breaking Your Back

We cannot go through life without experiencing difficult times. We are going to experience more than one difficulties times. Difficult times are always going to be there. They are part of our lives. We cannot do without them.

It is okay to experience difficult times. It is okay to find ourselves in a very deep hole. The question is, “Are we going to keep digging or are we going seek help?” How you answer this question will determine whether you will be able to cope with difficult times or not.

How we handle difficult times is what separate the poor from the rich. It is not what happens to you, it is how you deal with it that counts. It is not what you are going through that matters, it is what you do with what you are going through that matters. It is not where you are today that matters, it is where you are going and what you are learning from where you are that matters. It is not where you have been that counts, it is where you are going that counts. It is not what people have done to you that counts, it is whether you forgive yourself that counts.

When you are going through difficult times, do not worry yourself. Be positive. Be patient. Do not focus on what is going on in your life. Focus on what you are learning from what you are going through. Difficult times are here to teach you a lesson. Be ready to learn from difficult times. Open your heart to learn from them. If you learn from them, you will gain from them.

Barbara De Angelis said, “Difficult times always create opportunities for you to experience more love in your life.” You will see the opportunities in difficult times if you open your heart to them. Remember, a closed mind is a dead mind. If you want to learn from your situation, open your mind.

When you are going through difficult times, do not think about negative things. Think about positive things. It is when your mind is in a positive state that you can go through your difficult times without breaking your back. Always remain positive.

During difficult times, you need to be yourself. Love yourself. Accept yourself. Surround yourself with positive people. Do not be around negative people. They will suck up your energy. You need your positive energy to through your difficult times without breaking your back.

Remember that you can’t get to good times without first going through the bad times. That is what life is all about. Life is a mixture of everything- good times and sad times.

During difficult times, do not beat yourself up. It is not going to last forever. Difficult times are temporary, not permanent. If it is bad now does not mean that it is going to be bad forever. Nothing lasts forever.

What you are going through right now will not last forever. You will last forever. Amen!

Positive thoughts attract other positive things into your life. That is what you need to live a healthy life.

Negative thoughts attract other negative things into your life. That is what you DON’T need to live your life.
