Focus On Where You Are Going

Comfort is the enemy of growth. Comfort is the enemy of success. And comfort is the root of failure.

If you want to succeed, focus on the journey. Focus on what you are doing. Focus on what you are learning. But if you want to fail, focus on where you are. Focus on what other people are doing. Focus on failure. Focus on what is going to happen to your dreams.

Don’t focus on problems. Focus on solutions. Don’t focus on failures. Because they will happen. There is nothing you are going to do about that. Because they are part of the game.

If you are afraid of failure, then you are not ready for success. Because you can’t succeed without failures, without mistakes.

When it comes success, if you are not failing, you are not trying hard enough. Fail. Do not worry about it. The most important thing is where you are going, your journey.

Do not rest. Keep going. Rest when you are done, not when you are not done.

Is it going to be easy, no. But you can make it. You do that by focusing on the journey, not the end. By focusing on your growth, not your pain. By focusing on the process, not the outcome. The more you focus on where you are going, the better.

Because life is a journey.

3 Ways To Get Back Up

Do not defeat yourself. If you don't defeat yourself, you can always get back up.
Do not stay down. The only person who can defeat you is you. The only person who can stop from achieving your greatness in your life is you. The only person who can poison your mind is you.
Look, no matter what you have gone through in your life, if you are not against yourself, no one can be against you.

To get yourself back up again, here are some strategies that will help you do it. So let us get started.

Accept your failures. To get back up, it is important that you accept your failures. You are not a failure if you learn from your mistakes. And the best way to do that is to accept where you are in your life. Do not blame anybody for your failures. They are not responsible. You are. In the words of Sonia Ricotti, 'Failure is the greatest thing that can happen to you, if you learn to use it, if you learn to read it, and act on it. The key to really leveraging failure is realizing that you have to change something on the inside in order for your outer-world results to change. If you don't, you are simply doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.' Instead of beating yourself up over your failures, use them to grow your life.

Embrace your life. Do not regret your life. Just because you are going through something does not make you less important. You are important. You are powerful. You are a difference maker. You are bigger than you think. Do not let your circumstances define you. Follow your heart. Do what makes you come alive. And do not run away from yourself. According to Sonia Ricotti, 'You can run away all you want from each situation, but if you don't learn the lesson or grow from the experience, you are not changing anything.'' If you want to learn from your situation, do not run away from it. Instead, do the opposite.

Choose a new path forward. Do not regret your past. Do not relive your pain. Forgive yourself. And choose a different path forward. According to Sonia, 'When a crisis happens in your life... you can choose to take the awakened journey. You leave the past behind you, let go of what was, learn, grow, look for the silver lining, and move forward into the unknown and into a new, awakened world; a rebirth of sorts.''
