Do You Know Who Is Responsible For Your Failure?

‘You are the only person accountable for your success or failure.’– Dave Gordon

If you want to know who you are, you must stop blaming other people.

When you blame, you fall. When you blame others for your failure, you fail. Because you will never know who you really are. And you will never know why you are not getting what you are supposed to be getting.

Success does not come from blaming others for our mistakes. Success comes from taking responsibility for our mistakes.

Because we are responsible for our lives. Because you are responsible for your success and your failure.

When you fail, learn from it. When you fail at something, do not blame others.

We fail when we blame others. We succeed when we do what we are supposed to do.

If you are NOT doing what you are supposed to be doing, you will never achieve what you want to achieve.

To achieve what you want, to make your dreams happen, you must do things right.

To do the right things, you must first get things right.

So if you want to be successful, you must define your own life. You must define what you want for yourself. And you must not follow other people’s dreams.

You are not going to make anything happen if you do not have the courage to follow your own dreams.

It is hard, but you can do it.

Do Not Focus On Your Mistakes

You are not perfect. And nobody expects you to be perfect. Because of that, mistakes are going to happen.

When they happen, do not worry yourself about them. The only thing you can do is to focus on how you are going to get yourself back up.

And if you catch yourself worrying about them, tell yourself, ‘It is okay to make mistakes.’

Because we learn when we make mistakes. If you are not making enough mistakes, guess what, your innovative boss will soon fire you.

It means you are not taking enough risks. It means you are playing it too safe. It means you just want to be comfortable. And it means you do not want to be successful.

If you are scared of making a mistake, then you are scared of growth.

If you are scared of making a mistake, it means you are under the control of your ego.

If you do not want to make a mistake, then it means you do not want to get to the next level. Guess what? You can run, but you cannot hide. You can avoid it for now, but you cannot avoid it forever.

If you want to be successful at what you do, if you want your boss to promote you, you must learn to live with mistakes. You must learn to accept mistakes. And you must say to yourself, ‘It is okay to mess up.’ Because we are human beings.
