How To Recharge Your Mind

Your mind is everything. If you do not take care of your mind, your mind is not going to take care of you.

Remember, ‘What you think, you become.’ That is life. If you want to recharge your mind, you must focus on positive thoughts.

Take care of your mind. You do that by choosing your thoughts. Do not allow everything into your mind.

You have to stop letting anything gets into your mind. None should be allowed to be there.

You are recharging your mind when you are aware of what you are thinking about. It is about paying attention to what you say to yourself, especially when things are tough.

Do not feed your mind with things that don’t feed your thinking. When you focus on what is right, you get what is right.

Do not waste your mental energy on things that are not helping you move forward. When you are faced with something that you don’t know, do not overthink before you make a decision.

If you do not have enough time, the best thing to do is to make a decision.

Remember, To recharge your mind, you have to protect your thoughts.

To be nonjudgmental means having flexibility of mind and the ability to let go of our attachment to what seems right to us.’

Then ask yourself,Can we allow the lives of others to be different from ours and feel happy for them?

Can we rejoice for them as their happiness grows, in whatever way that is happening?’
