How To Grow Through Life

‘Do not just go by outward signs; try to reach the meaning behing them.’- Maulana Wahiduddin Khan

Why are you judging yourself? Why are you judging your boss, your manager? Why are you judging your friends?

Do not judge people. Because people are going through things. Instead of judging them, why not try to understand where they are coming from?

If done well, it is better than judging them.

Because judging other people is not going to make things better. It is not going to bring people closer to you.

If something is not clear to you, don’t judge. Go to work. Try to understand what is going on. Try to know what the other person is going through. Because you do not know what is going on in their lives.

And people are going through things. Just because they are not talking to you, or talking to others, that doesn’t mean they are not going through things.

If you want to know what is going on in other people’s lives, you have got to know them. To know them, you have got to love them. To love them, you have got to accept them. And to accept them, you have got to see them as human beings.

And to see other people as human beings, you must first see yourself as a human being.

If not, if you do not have the courage to see yourself as you truly are, you will not grow through life. You will go through life.

The question is, ‘Are you growing through life, or are you going through life?’

Is Hard Work Enough To Win

What separates high achievers from others is hard work. As Sam Ewing once said, “Hard work sportlights the character of people: some turn up their sleeves, some turn up their noses, and some don’t turn up at all.” You can’t succeed without hard work. The question is, “Are you giving your best?”

Remember that to get the best, you must give the best. And you can’t give the best if you don’t know what you are good at. To know what you are good at, you must assess yourself. You must develop the ability to assess yourself. You must find out what you are not good at, what you are really good at, and you must turn your weaknesses into your power.

Whatever you are doing right now, no matter how difficult, do not give up. As Thomas Muller once remarked, “All things are difficult before they are easy.” If what you are doing right now is not going according to your plan, keep doing it. It will get better. You will win if you don’t give up. Helen Rowland said, “You will never win if you never begin.” You have what it takes to change your life. Don’t talk yourself out of it. Be hopeful. Thomas Fuller said, “Great hopes make great men.” Be happy. Keep pursuing your dreams. That is why you are here.
