How To Change Your Life

If you want to live a purposeful life, you must embrace change.
We don't like change, but we can't live without it.
Why is that? Because change is life. It is growth.
If we are not changing, we are dying.

If you want to change your life, be real with yourself. According to 
Mel Robbins, 'To change your life, you need to learn how to 
honor your feelings more than anyone else's.'' She is right.
Do not change because other people are changing. 
Change because it is the right thing to do for yourself.

If you want to change your life, do not focus on what you do not have.
Do not focus on what you cannot do. Instead, use what you have to
change the direction of your life. Mel Robbins is right when she said,
'When you focus on what is wrong, you will never change.'' So if you 
want to change your life, focus on what is right, not on what is wrong.
You can do it. And now is the time to start. If not now, when?

Why Positive Thinking Isn’t The Answer

The power to change your life is in your own hands.

If you want your life to change, if you want your life to be different, 
according to Mel Robbins, ''... you've got to start acting differently and making 
different decisions.'' Positive thinking can change your mood, but it can't give 
you what you want. If you really want to be successful, you must be intentional 
about it. Get to work. Stop wishing. And start working. According to Mel Robbins, 
'You can't think your way to a new life.'' She is right. If you want something, 
you must make it happen. 

When it comes to success, you can work your way to the top.
But you can never wish your way to the top. 
So if you want to get ahead in your life, do not imitate anybody,
just go to work.
