Do You Enjoy What You Do?

If you don’t like what you do, do you know why? Do you know why you are not happy with your job? Do you know what is going on with you?

What about your managers? What about your coworkers? What about your attitude?

When things are not working, we don’t look at ourselves. Instead, we are after those who don’t even know why we do not like what we do. They don’t know. They are after their own problems.

If you don’t like what you are doing, or what you do, you must do something about it. If you don’t, it is not going to get better.

Be real about it. Do not tell yourself a false story. If you want to know why you are not feeling great about your work, you must ask the right questions.

The right questions will give you the right results. The wrong answers will give you the wrong results.

When you ask the right questions, you will get the right answers. That is why you should never ask the wrong questions.

When you enjoy what you do, you can do more. You will have the courage to do more, to grow more, and to go the extra mile to change your life.

How To Speed Things Up

We want what we want now. Whatever it will take us, we want it. We are always finding, always looking for something. We are never satisfied with what we have.

We want more, more, more, more, and more. And more things never ends. If that is who we are, then we have lost it. We are not human beings anymore. We are ‘humachines.’ Simply put, we are human machines.

But is that who we really are? Is that why we are here? If we want to enjoy ourselves, our lives, we have got to take care of our lives.

But why are we not doing it? Because we are always running, no time to do the right things.

What are the right things? The right things are: Faith, work, health, relationships, and love. Do we practice them? In reality, no, we don’t. We don’t have time to even love ourselves anymore.

We don’t have time to love where we live.

We don’t have time to practice what we believe in, not even to meet our friends after work.

So what do we do to take back our lives? We can take back our lives, our souls.

We start by slowing down. We can do more when we slow things down, when we spend time with our loved ones. We can do more when we love ourselves. It makes us feel really better about who we are.

We can do more when we are chasing what really matters to us, not what the world wants us to do, or be.

We can achieve greatness when we are ourselves. And happiness will never go away when we slow things down, when we love the little things.

The question is, ‘Do we have the courage to slow things down?’ If not, we are not off the hook.
