Why You Should Let Negative Thoughts Pass By

We are human beings. We can’t stop thinking about things. We are going to be thinking about positive things. We are also going to be thinking about negative things. We will never stop thinking. The question is, ‘What are you thinking about?’

When you receive any negative thoughts, don’t fight them, let them go. If you try to fight them, they will never leave. They will keep coming back to you. So to make peace with yourself, just let them go. Do not keep them. If you do, they are not going to add anything to your life. Instead, they are going to make you really unhappy. That is why you see people who are not happy. Their unhappiness has nothing to do with them. It has everything to do with their thoughts.

When you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, turn yourself back to your real self. If it is not what you want to be thinking about at that moment, you have a choice.

Focus on what is positive in your life. It is what is positive that is going to take you back to where you want to be, who you were meant to be.

No matter what is going on in your life, you can be better. Do not accept anything that is not adding value to your life, to your creative life. You need to get back to yourself. You need to do better for yourself. You need to heal your life. You need to get away from your old lies. If not, you are not going to move forward.
