The Surest Way To Stay In A Problem

Blame is the one of the surest ways to stay in a problem.’– Louise L. Hay

Blaming others is the easiest thing to do. You can blame all you like.

If you do not take action to change your life, you will stay stuck in your problem.

People don’t care. Don’t expect people to fix you. No one can fix you, but you.

If you can’t fix yourself, who do you think is going to do it for you?

Nobody. You. Only you. You can do it. It is not easy, but you can do it. That is why you are here.

You are not here to fix anybody. You are here to fix yourself. You are here to face yourself.

You must do it for you. If you blame other people, you are not wrong. You are right.

If you blame other people for your life, for where you are, you are not wrong. You are not right. Think about that for a moment.

Remember, to blame others is to give your power to other people. To win, you must take control of your life.

How To Change Any Circumstance In Your Life

Whatever you want to change in your life, you can change it. In the words of Tom Oliver,

‘Whatever you want to change, whatever event you want to create, whatever goals you want to accomplish, you have to develop a healthy disregard for whatever exists in your life that you do not want to be there. You simply have to choose not to focus on those things.

To change any problem or circumstance in your life and create a new reality, you have to shift your focus away from whatever you want to change, from the undesired state to what it is that you want to create.’

Take your time. Change takes time. Do not rush yourself through it. If you want it to last, you must take your time to do it. Above all, you must know why you are doing it. Know why you are putting yourself through it.
