
Why are you worrying yourself? What you are worrying about is not going to happen. You can’t worry and live your life at the same time. If you want to live your life, a real life, you must stop worrying about nothing.
When something happen to you, instead of worrying about it, find remedy or remedies about it. Don’t worry about ‘why you are going through it.’
If you want to worry about something, worry about solutions. Don’t worry about problems. They won’t help you.
Worrying is a problem. When you worry, you are making things worse, not easier for yourself. Worrying can’t fix a problem, solution does. Focus on solutions, not problems.
