We all want to be relevant. We want to live our lives. We want to do our own things, in our own ways. We want to be treated with respect and dignity. We want to grow. We want to stay important. We want to stay relevant.

How do we stay relevant? How do we keep growing?

To stay relevant in life, you MUST first think, see, and treat yourself in a relevant way. You must first see yourself as an important person. You must treat yourself in a respectful way. If you don’t know who you are, if you don’t know your values, if you don’t know how powerful you are, no one will care.

It is important to stay relevant if we are to enjoy life. The only critical way to stay relevant in life is to keep moving. We need to keep growing. We need to keep moving. We need to keep challenging ourselves, keep questioning our assumptions, keep connecting with others. We need to get out of our comfort zones. We need to keep trying new things.

To stay relevant, Will Rogers said, “Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.” No matter where you are, what you are doing, how you are doing it, don’t be comfortable. Don’t think you have nothing to learn anymore. If you keep that kind of mentality, you will miss lots of opportunities to grow and improve yourself.

Always challenge what you think you know. Open your mind to learn new things, to take new ideas, to question people and yourself. If you don’t bring in new ideas, new ways of doing things into your business, your business will not be around for long. If you don’t keep upgrading yourself, you can’t keep your job for long. If you want your life to be relevant, keep doing relevant things.

Do you know thyself?

The question is, “Do you know thyself? Do you know your REAL self? Do you want to know your real self? Do you think it is important to know who you really are as a person?

It is important to know who you really are. If you know who you are, you will know how to live. The problem is, most people don’t know how to live. To know how to live, you MUST first know who you are. Knowing who you are as a person is the first step to a great life.

Why is it so hard for people to find out who they really are? Why are they living another person’s life. Why are they not paying attention to themselves?

“Knowing who you are as a person is the first step to a great life.”

People don’t want to know who they are because it is difficult. It is painful. It is exhausting. It is self- discovery. It is self-revelation. It is self-confession. You have to be courageous to be able to reveal who you are to the world.

To know yourself means to understand your strengths and weaknesses, to reveal your true self, to understand your real self, to shed light on your false identity, to understand your beliefs, values, and emotions, to stop lying to yourself, and to face the mirror and tell yourself who you really are.

How to know “thyself” is simple: stop paying attention to the superficial lives of others. Start paying attention to yourself. If you want to know yourself, you must embrace your real self. You must face the pain of self-revelation. You cannot know others if you don’t know yourself. Stop lying to yourself, your friends, and your family. Stop believing in what you are not, and start embracing who you are.

Reveal yourself today and be free tomorrow.
