‘Never Live On Empty’

It does not matter what you are doing, you are responsible for your energy. If what you are doing is not what you really want to do, you must pay attention to your energy.

No one is going to take care of your energy for you. It is up to you to take care of what is important to you.

If you value your energy, take care of it. If you value your time, then take care of your time. Do not waste it. If you do not want to live ‘on empty’, you must ‘fight to keep your life replenished.’
