Use The Fear Of What Other People Think To Motivate Yourself

Fear is real, but don’t let it stop you from doing your job. When you focus your time and energy on fear, you will never do anything. Fear is there. It is real. Don’t worry about it.

Learn to be okay with fear. You have nothing to lose. You have everything to gain. You will gain confidence. You will gain yourself. You will gain your soul. Instead of running away from fear, the best way to conquer it is to face it. If you don’t face your fears, they will dominate you. They will stop you from trying to live your life in your own way.

You are better than what you fear. You are stronger than your fear. Face it. Not facing your fear is a total waste of your time. Because your dreams will never come true. Running away from your fear will not change anything. It will keep you in your comfort zone. All fear does is stop you from moving forward. It stops you from moving away from an abusive relationship. It steals your life away. It keeps you from reaching your goals. It paralyzes your dreams. It cripples you. Don’t allow it. You can stop it. You can stop it by facing it.

You can face your fear by walking in the direction of your fear. When you meet your fear, your fear will give in. But if you approach your fear from afar, your fear will grow bigger.

If you allow the fear of what other think to stop you from living your life, then you are not living. You are just existing. As I said before, fear is there. It is real. Since you know that, then why are worrying about the fear of other people? You shouldn’t worry about it. Let them say whatever they like. It is not your problem, but theirs.

In going forward, know this: “You can’t change people’s opinions. So don’t be a prisoner to other people’s opinions.” If you can do that, you are free!

Stop Worrying About What You Cannot Change

You can’t change everything that is happening around you. But you can change one thing: YOU CAN CHANGE YOURSELF. Your job is to focus on how you are going to reach your goals.

The more you worry about what you cannot change, the more you are wasting your time. Worry is nothing but a joke! Instead of worrying about your life, your job, or your relationships, why not focus on what you are going to do to make it better. That is what you should be doing. Stop wasting your time. You can get everything back, but not your time.

Focus on solutions, not problems. You can’t solve a problem by focusing on a problem. But you can change the entire situation when you focus on solutions. Worry doesn’t make things better. Worry steals your time away. Worry doesn’t change who you are. Worry makes your life miserable. It keeps you in the dark. it steals your happiness away. Worry steals your joy away. It keeps you in your worry zone.

If you want to live your life, you must stop worrying about what you cannot change. You must learn to focus your time and attention on what you can do to make things better for you and the people around you. You are better than worry. You are better than what worry is giving you. You can do better than that. You can do it. You have done it before; you can do it again. Start now!
