Don’t Let Your History Destroy Your Destiny

“To grow, you must be willing to let your present and future be totally unlike your past. Your history is not your destiny.”- Allan Cohen

You can’t grow, you can’t move forward in your life if you are not ready and willing to let go of the past. You can’t really be yourself if you are still thinking of what you did wrong yesterday. You are a human being. And human beings make mistakes. You don’t have to use your past to construct your future. Your past is your past. Let whatever happened live and die in the past.

Now is what you have, so enjoy it while you have it. You are not going to be here forever. If you don’t enjoy your life, you will never enjoy it. Your life deserves better than the way you are treating it. Life is special. Your life is special! I don’t know why you are doing what you are doing to yourself. From now on, start living your life to the fullest. Don’t apologize for living your own life. If your people don’t respect your life and how you are living it, show them the door. If you don’t show them the door, they will be the first to show you the door. Trust me, it is better to live alone and be happy than to live with someone and be miserable. If you are alone doesn’t mean you are lonely. It just means you want to be alone. It means you need time to reflect, to think, to reconnect with your lost self, to appreciate your life, and to love.

Let go of the past. Live in the moment. Prepare for your future. Are you ready?

How Complaining Is Hurting Your Life

“People won’t have time for you if you are always angry or complaining.”-

Stephen Hawking, theoretical physicist

It is easier to complain about everything than to take responsibility for everything. Stop complaining about what is not working for you. Stop focusing on the negative things in your life. We all have things to think about. But how we think about them is what make all the difference.

Stop complaining. You can change that. You have the power to do it. According to Gandhi, “Be the change you want to see in the world.” Yes, be the change you want to see in your life. If you don’t make the decision to change, to stop complaining, to start living, you are not going to move forward in your life. If you keep complaining about your life, you health, your work, your boss, where you are, you won’t get to your destination. Because the more you complain, the less you get. The more you complain, the more you will have to complain about.

The more you complain, the less you get. But the less you complain, the more you get. Look, my friend, don’t complain. It is not helping you. It is stealing your happiness away. You can’t be happy and complain at the same time. Be a happy person.

Instead of complaining about everything that is working or not working in your life, why not focus on what is working for you in your life. Whether you want to admit it or not, you have lots of things that are working for you. Write down the things that are working for you and celebrate them every day. The more you celebrate them, the more you will have to celebrate. Don’t be a complainer, be a celebrity.

If you want to stop complaining, you must focus your thoughts on the good things in your life. Don’t complain about anything. No matter what is happening in your life, don’t see yourself as a loser, see yourself as a warrior. You are not a victim, but a victor. You must accept your situation for what it is. Don’t try to change what you can’t change. Don’t complain about what you can’t change. What will change will change. What will not change will not change. So why are you complaining about the unchangeable?

Instead of complaining about your failures, take responsibility for your life, for your failures, for your challenges, and for your greatness. It is your life. You can make it how you want it. If you want to live your life to the fullest, complaining is not the way. Complainers never win. If you want to win, stop complaining. Are you ready to do that?
