‘A Bad Day Does Not Equal A Bad Life’

‘A bad day, a bad month, even a bad year, does not equal a bad life- unless I choose to see it that way.’- Trina McNeilly

A bad day does not make you a bad person. A bad day does not make your life a bad life. Things happen. And you can’t control everything. But you can control your thoughts.

If you can take care of your thoughts, you can take care of your day, of your month, of your year.

Why is that? Because your thoughts control your actions. How you think is how you see the world.

So whatever you are going though in your life, do not let it stop you from living your best life.

Because you are not your bad day. You are not your bad month. And you are not your bad year. Unless you choose to live your life that way.

To Stop Overthinking, Do These Four Things Every Day

Overthinking is not the way. If you want to get things done in your life, you must stop overthinking everything.

Accordng to Jon Acuff, ‘ When you pick the soundtracks you listen to the most, there’s no limit to what you can accomplish.’

Focus your mind and your energy on what is important to you.

‘When you don’t choose a soundtrack to listen to, the music doesn’t stop. You just hear a bunch of songs you don’t like.’

No matter where you are, always listen to the soundtracks you like, not the ones you don’t like.

‘The antidote to overthinking isn’t more thinking- the antidote is action.’ To stop overthinking, you must take action.

‘Want to accomplish a difficult goals? Throw overwhelming action at it.’ If you want to grow, if you want to get better at what you do, you must do more than you are doing right now.
