Risk More To Grow More

Growth doesn’t happen without risk. Nothing great happens without work. Work is a risk.

If you want more, stop talking about wanting more. Go to work. You can control what you do, but you cannot control what is going to happen after that.

Success is doing the work. It is not about planning to do the work. It is actually doing the work.

It is actually making yourself vulnerable. It is saying, ‘I will make it happen, no matter what.’ That is how we grow.

If you want to grow, if you want to change the direction of your life, don’t talk about growth. Instead, find out what you can do and get to work. Do it really well. Do it better than you did yesterday.

Get better every day. When you are consistent, when you do it every day, you will start to see growth in your life.

Because to grow is to change, to see what others are not seeing, to do what others are not doing, to think what others are not thinking, to love what others are not loving, to embrace what others don’t, and to risk what others are not risking.

‘You are growing when you have the courage to do what others are not doing.’

When In Doubt, Ask More Questions

Photo by Ann H on Pexels.com

Self-doubt is a roadblock to success. It is not your friend.

When you are in doubt, ask more questions.

Stop doubting yourself. When you doubt yourself, you are not planning to succeed in your life. You are planning to fail, to stay where you are.

Because self-doubt is a roadblock.

Today, start asking the right questions. If something is not working for you, ask yourself, ‘Why is this thing not working? Am I doing the right thing? Am I doing what I am supposed to doing?’

If not, change how you do your work. Change how you see yourself. Don’t ask questions to beat yourself up, but to lift yourself up, to discover what is possible, to water your plants, to nurture your mind.

Don’t question yourself to criticize yourself. Question what you don’t know. Question yourself every day. When you do, you will never stop growing. Because we grow when we ask the right questions.

‘We grow when we ask the right questions.’

As always, you are more, not less!
