Never Put Money Before People

Money is very important. It is good to have money. Money makes us comfortable. But do no put it before people, not even yourself. It does not matter what you do. If you want to be successful, do not put money before people.

Why is that? According to Noah St John, ‘When you put money before people, you have the equation backward, because money is a means of perceived value exchange among people.’

If you are in business, to get more from your people, you must not put money before them. If you want your customer to come back to you, you must NOT put money first. If you put money before your people, you are not going to be successful.

Money is good, but do not put it before people. Put people first. And they will put you first. And then money will come.

You Have A Lot To Offer

Nothing is too small. 
If you cannot help in a big way, 
then do something small in a big way.
If you cannot change the world, 
then change one person in your community.
If you cannot give money to make the world a better place, 
you can use your time to help other people, to change the world.

To start, you must first help yourself. 
As the old saying goes, "You can't help if you do not have."
Is it really true? Maybe, maybe not. 
It depends on you. It depends on what you want to give.
Do not limit yourself. You can add value to yourself.
You can add value to other people.
How? By bringing out the best in them.
The time to start is now.
