Your Action Can Change A Person’s Life Forever

When you are working with other people, what you do matters. What you say matters. How you say it matters.

We are emotional animals. People feel it before you hear it from them. They are watching you. They are watching how you treat yourself, They are watching how you treat other people, especially the little ones. They are watching what you say, how you say it, and what you do after the talk.

As a human being, you matter. Do not take it for granted. Do not throw it away. Keep it. Because God gave your position to you. God puts you where you are. God puts you where you are for a reason. You are not there by accident.

You are not alive by accident. You are alive to lift other people up, to change the world around you. You are alive to create a better world. You are here to motivate people to be better human beings. You are alive to give hope to the hopeless. You are here to cook for those who cannot do it for themselves. You are alive to educate people who cannot educate themselves. You are alive to love those who are filled with hate. You are alive to change yourself.

You do not have to be perfect to do all of the above things. You can make them happen even when you do not know how to do it, or where to start from.

If you think you are not the right person, the most qualified person to do it, you are the right person, my friend. Because you do not need a degree to make a difference in other people’s lives. You just need you. And you have you. So why not now, right now?

Do Not Forget To Entertain Strangers

That is exactly what God said in Hebrew 13:2, “Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some have unwittingly entertain angels.” If you want to meet God, do not ignore strangers. Take care of everybody.

No matter how poor, no matter how rich, no matter how tall, no matter how short, no matter how thin, no matter how fat, no life is worthless. When you see a stranger on the street, what do you do? When you see a poor person on the street, what do you do? When you see a child crying for help, what do you do? When you see an elderly person in a difficult situation, what do you do?

We want to see God, but we don’t want to see poor people. We don’t want to see homeless people. We don’t want to see people who don’t look like us. Until we learn how to entertain strangers, we will continue to live in isolation.

But you can change that. You can choose your own attitude. You can choose to help people. You can choose to ignore people. You can choose to focus on people’s weaknesses. Or you can choose to focus on people’s strengths. You can focus on lifting people up. Or you can focus on putting people down. Remember, your life will be much better if you focus on lifting people up. Your life will be much better if you focus on helping strangers.

When you help other people, you are helping yourself. When you help other people, you are helping God. You are here on this earth to serve people. If you want God to serve you, you must first serve God’s children.
