It does not matter how hard you work, if you do not love what you are doing, if your heart is not there, you are not going to be successful.
If you are not happy with what you are doing, do not just quit. Before you quit, ask yourself,"Why am I not happy with my job?"
"Is it about me?"
"Is it about the work?"
"Is it about the management?"
Or, "Is it about how I see my job?"
These questions are very important. To answer them correctly, you must be honest with yourself.
Because you won't grow if you are not honest with yourself, with your feelings.
As the late Steve Jobs famously said, "The only way to do great work, is to love what you do."
The question is, "Do you love what you are doing?" If you don't, then what are you going to do about it?
Because if you do not do something about it, nothing is going to change. And for something to happen, something must change. If not now, when?
There is nothing you cannot do for yourself
if you are willing to do the work,
if you are willing to go the extra mile,
if you are willing to be honest with yourself,
if you are willing to take risks,
if you are willing to discover your true self.
It does not matter what you do for a living.
But whatever it is, you are there for a reason.
You are not there by accident.
You are learning. You are preparing yourself
for your next opportunity.
So, wherever you are, be there.
Whatever you do, do it well.
And be honest with yourself.
You will get there, no matter what.
You will succeed, no matter what.
Work. Because you are going somewhere.
