“Forgiveness saves the expense of anger, the cost of hatred, the waste of spirits.”- Hannah More

Forgiveness is the key to a peaceful life. When you forgive yourself, when you forgive others, you are on your way to living new life. Forgiveness brings peace.

Forgiveness is not about them. It is about you. When you forgive the people who have done something terrible to you, you are forgiving yourself. You are letting go of your anger. You are painting a picture of a new life. You are cleaning up your mind. You are letting go of your suffering. You are creating a new path to a new life.

It is hard to forgive. But if you don’t forgive, you are not helping yourself. You are damaging yourself- your life. The best way forward is to forgive yourself. Let go of the past. Don’t carry grudges with you. If you want to carry something with you, carry happiness and joy. Remember, “When you are being unforgiving to the people who have done bad things to you, it is you that you are unable to forgive.

Forgive yourself to forgive others. Forgiveness brings happiness, joy, health, peace, and love. Anger, on the other hand, brings suffering, hate, bad health, unhappiness, and poverty.

Forgiveness brings healing. So forgive yourself to heal yourself from the past. Are you ready?

Is Blaming Others For Our Actions A Way Forward Or Backward?

Why do we blame people for our actions? Is it the right thing to do? What do we do to stop blaming people for our actions?

When we blame people for our actions, we are not helping ourselves. We are hurting ourselves. We are giving our strengths away. We are stopping ourselves from learning new things.

In his book The Four Virtues of a Leader, Eric Kaufmann writes, “When you blame, you assign authority to the environment and stop focusing on the power of creating and shaping circumstances.” You don’t focus on your learning process when you blame others for your actions.

When you blame, you are giving your power away. You don’t take responsibility when you blame others. You don’t learn from your mistakes when you blame others. You don’t grow when you blame others. You are not helping others when you blame them for your own actions.

When you blame, you are not empowering yourself. But when you take responsibility for your actions, you are empowering yourself.

Robert Kiyosaki says, “When people are lame, they love to blame.” No matter what you are going through, don’t blame anyone for it. Take responsibility for your own actions. If you blame, you will continue to make the same mistakes.

If you want to grow, if you want to transform your life, do not blame someone else for your actions. Don,t blame yourself. Don’t blame your teacher. Don’t blame your boss for your mess. Don’t blame your government for your financial condition. Don’t blame your coworkers for your mess. Always take responsibility for your actions.

It is hard to take responsibility for our actions. But when we do, we are better of than not taking full responsibility. When you make a mistake, instead of blaming yourself or others for it, take full responsibility for your mistake.

People who take responsibility for their actions are more successful than those who blame others for their actions. Why is that? Because they learn from their mistakes. You cannot move forward if you do not take full responsibility for your actions. In her book Emotional Fitness: Discovering our Natural Healing Power, Janice Berger writes, “Our life is transformed when we can stop blaming.”

If you want to expand your life, stop blaming.

Are you ready to stop blaming others for your actions?
