Happiness Is Everywhere

“Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if you only remember to turn on the light.”- J. k. Rowling

Happiness is everywhere. Wherever you look, there is happiness. Wherever you go, there is happiness. The question is, “Are you searching for happiness?” Why? Why are you chasing what you cannot catch? Happiness is not what you search for; it is what you give. It is a way of life. It is not something out there; it is something in there. It is inside you. If you really want to be a happy person, don’t look too far to find happiness. It is inside you.

Instead of searching for happiness, focus on what is right in your life. When you focus on what is right in your life, you will find happiness, and you will be at peace with yourself. Don’t focus on what is not working for you. If you do, you are hurting yourself. You are not helping yourself. You are not here on earth to hurt yourself; you are here on earth to help yourself. For that reason, you must do whatever you can to make yourself happy. It is within your power to make yourself happy. Don’t wait for me. your spouse, your government, your boss, or your kids. No one can do it. No one can make you happy, but you.

Sometimes what you think is wrong with you is not really what is wrong with you. What is really wrong with you is the way you see yourself, the way you talk to yourself, or the way you think about your situation. Nothing is wrong with you. You have got to change how you treat yourself, your work, and your relationships.

You cannot live your life more than how you see yourself. If you want to change it, change how you carry yourself. Your progress depends on how you see yourself. You growth depends on how you treat yourself. Your happiness depends on how you treat yourself. Your relationships depends on how you treat yourself. Your work depends on how you treat yourself. Your relationships with other people depends on how you treat yourself. In fact, everything depends on how you treat yourself.

To find happiness, you must treat yourself with love and compassion. You are more than how you treat yourself. When you think positively about yourself, happiness will come to you. Don’t go out there searching for happiness; it is already inside you. Just connect with it. And you will find it.

The Power Of Inner Peace

We want inner peace, but we don’t know how to get there. Inner peace has the power to change our lives. It is what we need to live a better life. If we can’t live a peaceful life, what do we do?

We can make peace with ourselves. How? You can make peace with your life by living your own life. Don’t focus on what is not making you happy. It is what we have to have if we are to live a peaceful life. No matter how great your life is materially, if you are not at peace with yourself, you will not be happy with your outside world.

“Inner peace is the key: if you have inner peace, the external problems do not affect your deep sense of peace and tranquility.”- Dalai Lama

To make yourself really happy, to make peace with yourself, you must do the right things. For example, if you see someone who is hurting, if you see someone who needs help, do what is within your power. Help people with love.

According to Dalai Lama, “Without this inner peace, no matter how comfortable your life is materially, you may still be worried, disturbed or unhappy because of circumstances.” He is right. Money can’t buy you inner peace. Money can’t buy you happiness. Money cannot buy you health. But it does make people comfortable.

It is good to have money, but it can’t buy you inner peace. If you want inner peace, it is your responsibility to live your own life. If you can live your own life, peace will follow you.
