The Only Way To Real Happiness

Live in accordance with your outside world and you’ll soon find misery. Live accordance with your inside world and you’ll soon find happiness.’– Steven Bartlett

Remember that ‘you are the power in your world.’ That is, you are in charge of your world.

You are in charge of your thoughts. You are in charge of your actions. And you are in charge of your happiness.

If you want to be happy, do not seek happiness. If you want to be happy, don’t believe who people say they are. If you want to find your own true happiness, you must be comfortable with who you are.

Live your life. Do not worry about what you see out there. Why is that? Because people don’t really tell you who they are.

We are human beings. We like to show other people our strengths, not our weaknesses. We like to show other people our successes, not our failures.

When people show you what they have, celebrate with them. Do not envy them. Envy is evil. It is not good for you. It is not good for your own growth.

Be happy with your life. Be grateful for what you have. When you are grateful for what you have, more will come to you.

More will come to you when you pay attention to what is in front of you. More will come to you when you celebrate what you have. And more will come to you when you are who you are.

If you want to find your own happiness, real happiness, you must ‘live accordance with your inside world.’

What Is Life About?

What is life? What is it about? Is it about you? Is it about what you have? Is it about what you do?

It is about being there for yourself. Life is about taking care of yourself. It is not about Ignoring other people.

According to Tom Oliver, ‘Life is not about being the best in everything and trying to please everyone. It’s about pleasing yourself first. … When you do that, you’re in the best position to help others and make your biggest and best contribution to society, humanity, and this planet.’

Do not even try to please everyone. It is not going to work. Instead of trying to make everyone happy, why not please yourself first. Remember who you are.

In the words of Dr. Grace Lordan, ‘Never trade authenticity for approval.’ Why? Because you are good enough for yourself.
