Don’t stuck yourself. Don’t let the fear of the unknown stop you from living your life. You are stronger than your fears. Don’t focus on your fears. All you need to do is to focus on why you are here on earth. If you know why you are here, if you know your purpose in life, if you know what you want to achieve in your own life, nothing can stop you from achieving it.

“If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way.”- Napoleon Hill

Success requires courage, faith, hope, work, and action. If you know what you want, then take action to unstuck yourself. It is good to dream. It is okay to write your dreams on paper. It is okay to talk about your dreams. But nothing will happen unless you take the right action. It is only action that can change your life. It is only action that can unstuck you from your comfort zone. Action matters. It is only action that can get you to where you want to be. Without action, a dream is just another dream on paper.

“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.”- Neale Donald Walsh

But you can change things. You can change your life. You may have tried before and it didn’t work. That was in your past. But you are no longer living in your past. You are living in the present, in the moment, in the now. Everything is happening right now, right where you are. Don’t miss it. Don’t wait for the right time to take action. If you know what you want to do, just do it. And the best way to unstuck yourself is to do what you know how to do. Do what you know, forget about what you don’t know. Don’t overthink things.

“If you want to be free, you must face your fears. If you want to be free, you must believe in yourself.”

Overthinking makes things worse, not better. Make things simple, but not simpler. And the right time to do it is now. Napoleon Hill said, “Don’t wait. The time will never be just right.” Do it now! Don’t let fear stop you from doing what is right for you. Remember that fear is subdued by action. If you take action, your fears will disappear. But if you don’t, they will hang around your neck forever. They will never leave. When you face your fears, you kill them. When you face your problems, they will lose their hold upon your life. If you want to be free, you must face your fears.

To know who you are, you must face yourself. You must face your fears. You must face your failures. You need to know yourself before you can know others.

Here are 5 easy ways to know yourself today:

You must pay attention to your life.

Pay attention to how you live your life. If you are doing something that is against your values, stay away from it. Socrates said, “Beware the barrenness of a busy life.”

Accept what you don’t know.

It is okay to admit what you don’t know. “It is better to be a fool for a moment than to be a fool forever.” According to Socrates, “One thing only I know, and that is that I know nothing.”

Learn how to think for yourself.

To know yourself, you must learn to think for yourself. It helps you to connect with yourself. As Socrates once said, “To find yourself, think for yourself.”

Believe in yourself.

If you want to get anything done in your life, you must believe that you can do it. According to William Faulkner, “Others have done it before me. I can, too.”

Live your life.

Live your life to the fullest. You have only one life to live, why not enjoy it? Socrates said many years ago that, “An unexamined life is not worth living.” And Henry James said, “Live all you can- it’s a mistake not to.”

Live your life. Do not try to be who you are not. Be honest with yourself and others. If you can do that, you can deal with yourself.
