How To Find Your Niche

Success comes from doing what you are good at. It comes from embracing your strengths.

To know what you are good at, what you love to do, what makes you happy, ask yourself,

‘What is it that I really enjoy doing? Be honest with yourself. Do not lie to yourself. Because growth starts with honesty.

Be honest. When you are honest with yourself, you can hear your inner voice.

Do not ignore your inner voice. If you want to know what is going on within you, you must listen to your inner voice. Ignore the noise. Do not focus on what is not worth doing.

‘If a thing is not worth doing, it isn’t worth doing well.’ Commit yourself to what is worth doing. That is where your niche is.

And overcommit yourself to it.

‘Overcommit to a mission that fits your interests, stretches your abilities, and gives you the potential to make a difference.’

Yes, you can make a difference in your life. That is not going to happen if you do not have the courage to find your niche. Remember, your niche is your niche. It is what you love to do, what you can do, what you will do, no matter what.

Your niche is not someone else’s niche. It is yours. And you must do whatever you can to make it happen.

What You Need To Do To Deal With Your Fears

What are you really afraid of? Whatever it is that you have been ignoring in your life, the best way to deal with it is to face it.

The question is, ‘Do you have the courage to face your fears?’

According to Helene Lerner, ‘To address your fear, examine the worst-case scenario if you were to take action. That scenario probably won’t happen, so commit to taking one action toward handling the situation.’

You must take action to deal with your fears. Remember, problems don’t fix themselves.

To enjoy your life, fix your problems. Deal with your problems. Do not wait to get everything right before you start doing your work.

The best time to start doing your work is now, not tomorrow.
