Why You Should Not Make Life Difficult For Yourself

My friend, believe it or not, you are making things hard for yourself. Things happen to us for a reason. Nature does not make things hard for us. Nature makes things authentic, real , and beautiful.

Don’t engage yourself in a fight that you cannot win. Pick what you can do, do it very well. Don’t pick what you cannot do. If you do, you are making things really difficult for yourself. Life is not hard. Life is not difficult if you know how to live it. Life is yours to enjoy, not to abuse. Life is your to share, not to hide. Life is yours to celebrate, not to endure. Life is yours to make happen, not to waste. Life is sweet, not bitter.

According to Anthony de Mello, “Life is easy, life is delightful. It’s only hard on your illusions, your ambitions, your greed, your cravings.” We make things difficult for ourselves. We make life hard for ourselves because we don’t know how to live it. We pay attention to the wrong things. We think the wrong thoughts. We don’t pursue our dreams, but other people’s dreams. We ignore our needs, wants, and concerns. Instead, we make other people happy. We choose material things over our own spiritual life. That is not a life. That is not the way forward. Instead, it is the way backward. Life is still easy. You can make it even easier for yourself.

How? Don’t search for happiness; happiness is already in you. Just connect with it. Don’t take what doesn’t belong to you. Help other people, but don’t carry them. Be grateful for what you have. Live your life in your own way. Don’t stress yourself over the little things. But don’t ignore them. You need the little guys to get to where you are going to. Above all, don’t try to be who you are not. That is deadly! Don’t do it. It is comfortable to do, but don’t do it. No matter how hard, be your REAL self. Even if other people don’t like you, but if you like yourself, that is good enough.

Beauty Is How You Feel Inside

“Beauty is how you feel inside, and it reflects in your eyes. It is not something physical.”– Sophia Loren

If you believe you are beautiful, you are beautiful. You shouldn’t judge your beauty by other people’s standards. You are your own judge. Don’t listen to what people are saying about you. Don’t let their negativity distract you from paying attention to your inner life. Because that is where you live. If you feel good on the inside, you will feel better about yourself.

Your beauty is not an external business; It is an internal business. How you feel inside is more important than how you feel outside.

People want you to pay attention to your outside life. Don’t do that. Pay attention to how you feel inside. That is the only way you can connect with your inner life. Your job is to make yourself happy. Your job is to make yourself feel good about your life.

Beauty is how you live your life. Beauty is how you think about yourself. No one can make you feel good about yourself. You are the only person who is responsible for your inner peace. Know this: “Without inner peace, there is no life.” If you don’t feel right, it means you are ignoring your inner life. Make sure you are doing things that will build your inner muscles. If you don’t have strong inner muscles, you will not be able to stand the heat. If your spiritual muscles are stronger than your physical muscles, you have nothing to worry about. But if you spiritual muscles are weaker than your physical muscles, you must do everything to get them back. Because your spiritual life controls your physical life. If you want to maintain your inner peace, you must pay attention to your inner muscles. Are you ready to do that?
