According to Albert Einstein, ‘Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.’
That is not going to happen. If you want your situation to change,
if you want your people to grow, if you want your organization to grow, you must stop doing what is not working.
You must change how you see the world around you. Why is that?
‘How we view things is how we do things.’
‘How you see yourself translate to how you treat other people.’
‘When you believe the best about people and give them your best, it brings out their best.’
‘Treating others better than they treat you, and with consistency and without judgmentalism, is the best way to bring people together.’

When you do what’s right, you’re not only taking the high road with others. You’re taking the high road with yourself.’
