Striving for perfection is like chasing a butterfly.

You get frustrated.

It is okay to strive for perfection.

But if you cannot get it, then

Settle for excellence.

Life is a struggle.

Struggles designed to make you stronger,

Not weaker.

Your task is face your struggles.

Face them with love, happiness, and compassion.

If you don’t face your own struggles,

You will always wonder what if.

Taking care of yourself is your number one responsibility. When you take care of yourself, you are taking care of your health.
