It Is Up To You

What we are going through today could have been prevented, but we did not prevent them. We allowed them to harm us. We allowed them to set us back. We allowed them to stop us from moving forward. Why?

Many problems we are facing today are not really problems. The way we react to the problems makes them even worse. It is up to you if you want to be reactor or a proactor. It is up to you to make the right decisions to change your circumstances today- right now! It is up to you if you still want to continue hanging out with friends who put you down, who belittle you, who never support anything that you want to do, who never want you to succeed in anything. It is up to you.

It is up to you whether or not you want to start taking responsibility for your actions, and stop blaming people for what has happened to you. The more you blame other people for your own mess, the more frustrated you will be.

It is up to you whether or not you want to forgive people who have treated you badly. It is up to you.

It is up to you whether or not you want to develop yourself- personally and professionally. You can do it if you want to, but it is up to you.

It is up to you to love or hate yourself. It is up to you, not me.

Average Work

An average work is average work, half work, incomplete work, boring work, or a dead work. You can call it whatever you like. But one thing is clear: it is an average work.

An average work is fruitless. Your work is average when you complain always about your job. Your work is an average job when you can’t wait to go home. Your work is an average work when you hate what you do. You are doing an average work when you refuse to even show up at work. Lots of people are just getting by. That is another name for an average work. Average work lacks meaning and purpose. They are meaningless. People are doing it for survival- just to pay their bills. If you are in such a job right now, it is time to start planning what to do next. If you remain there, you will not be more than an average worker. Your goal in life is to be a great worker, not an average worker. It is up to you.

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do.”- Steve Jobs

If you hate what you do, you will get average results. If you love what you do, you will get satisfying results, because you love it and you have invested the right resources into it. There is no free ride to success. If you want to be successful, you must do the work. You must pay your OWN price to be successful. The price to pay for success is excellent work, not average work.

“If you don’t love it, you are going to fail.”- Steve Jobs

To get the best out of life, you must prepare your mind to do the complete work. You cannot be successful without doing the full work. If you have been doing an average work, just getting by, it is time for you to change your mindset. It is time to start doing the right thing, so that you can get the right and the best results.
