Why You Should Talk About What Is Bothering You

‘Being able to talk about something that bothers us, quickly, keeps problems from growing larger and prevents us from trusting people who are not trustworthy.’- Dr. Henry Cloud

Whatever it is that is bothering you, not talking about it is not going to make it better. It is going to make things even worse.

All you need to do is talk to someone you trust, someone who is not going to post your life on Instagram.

Do not keep it to yourself. Everything is going to be okay. It will go away. But it won’t happen if you do not seek help from other people. If you do not seek help, nothing is going to change.

It won’t happen overnight. Just be patient with yourself, and everything is going to be alright.

Embrace Who You Are, Flaws And All

"Your inner light shines through you when you are
credible and trustworthy, and honest enough to
admit your limitations.
The reality is that even with all your limitations,
you are still unique and special.
Embrace who you are, flaws and all.
If you try to be someone else, you only become
a 'second-best someone.' -
Brian Tracy and Azim Jamal

We all have limitations. Do not let
your own limitations be the obstacles
between you and your dreams.

When it comes to your dreams, always be honest
with yourself. Do not deceive yourself.
Because honesty is the road to success.
