Breaking Out Of Mediocrity

“Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors for you where there were only walls.”- Joseph Campbell

You are bigger and better than what you are accepting right now. Don’t limit yourself. You have what it takes to succeed in life. What you think you deserve is not really what you deserved. You are worth more than that.

Whatever you are accepting right now, think about it. Don’t accept anything less than what you are worth. You are the only person who can tell the world what you really worth.

You are what you say you worth. Don’t let people put you down. You are better than what they are giving you. Give yourself the gift of life. The gift of positive self-worth. Don’t sell yourself short. Sell yourself tall.

You are not like any other person in the world. You are a unique human being. In order to maintain your uniqueness, you must break out of your comfort zone. You must break out of your mediocrity. There is nothing happening there. Even if all the people you know are living in mediocrity zone, you must break out. You must be different. Do not apologize for being different. Don’t!

You must break out of mediocrity. Don’t accept mediocrity. It is a disease. If you accept it, it will kill your growth and development.

“Mediocrity is a disease.”

To break out of mediocrity, you must be willing and ready to change your mind. Everything starts in your mind. You must know what you want, who you are, where you are going, and how to get there. You must think about what you are accepting. You must change how you see and carry yourself. Know this: if you don’t change, nothing will change. So if you want things to change, you must first change yourself. Change how you think. Change how you see the world around you.

If you think you can change your life, you can change it. If you think you cannot change your life, you cannot change it.

If you believe you have what it takes to succeed in life, you will succeed. If you believe you do not have what it takes to succeed in life, you won’t. Be careful what you accept.

Instead of trying to be like everyone else, be yourself. You can not be like anyone else. No one can be like you. You are not supposed to be like everyone else. You are supposed to be like yourself.

Be yourself. Be you. Don’t be like everyone else. Don’t even try to fit in. Your goal in life is to stand out, not to stand in.

Life is too short. Don’t waste yours. Break out!

Self-Acceptance Is The Way To True Happiness

Happiness is not the way to self-acceptance. Self-acceptance is the ONLY way to true happiness. There is no other way to say it. You cannot be in a happy state if you don’t acceptance yourself.

If you don’t accept yourself, there is nothing that can make you really happy. Your big bank account won’t do it, your fancy degrees won’t do it, your fine car won’t do it, spending time with your friends won’t do it, drinking and partying all night long won’t do it. The only way to true happiness is when you have the courage to accept yourself, regardless of ALL your weaknesses, your financial records, where you live, or where you work.

Regardless of how you look, where you work, or where you live, ALWAYS accept yourself. Believe in yourself. Why is it necessary to accept yourself?

Because if you are not happy with yourself, you won’t be happy with other people. You will be in an unhappiness state for the rest of your life. You will not be happy with your job, with your spouse, with your pet, with your nice home in Florida (if you have one there). In order to enjoy your possessions, you must first accept yourself for who you are, not for what people want you to be. There is only ONE you on earth. You can ONLY be your REAL self. And that real self is who you should be if you are to enjoy your life.

To conclude with Dr. Robert Holden’s quote: “Nothing can make up for a lack of self-acceptance.” Accept yourself, and you will find real happiness.
