Life Is Not About Speed. It Is About This

Life is precious. Life is a gift, a gift from God. Life is not about speed. It is more than that.

Life is bigger than us. It is bigger than you. We know that. You know it.

We can’t take care of everything. We can’t control everything. We can’t control life. But we can control our lives.

How do we control our lives? Simple. By taking care of things we can take care of. By taking care of our thoughts. By taking care of ourselves. By taking care of where we are. By taking care of what we are doing. And by taking care of our choices.

Do not forget that life is about choices. You are responsible for your choices.

Whatever you get, take it. Because you are responsible for your choices.

If you do not like what is going on in your life, if you are not happy, take action to make things better. That is the only thing you can do for yourself.

And it is not coming from anyone. But you. Do not ignore it. Do not put it away. Do not try to talk yourself out of it. It is not going to go away.

Remember, nothing changes by itself. If you want change, act. If not, then don’t.

Delayed Future

What do you really want for yourself, for your life? What do you want to achieve in your life? Whatever it is, do not delay it. Do not play with it. Do not give it to other people to do for you. That is not going to happen.

Because what you want is waiting for you. It is your responsibility to take care of what you want.

What you want is not going to come to you. If you want to get it, you have got to take action to make it happen.

If you want to achieve your dreams, you have got to be willing to leave where you are. Because what you want is on the other side of your town.

If do not have the courage to follow what you want, you will lose it to someone else, someone who is willing to look crazy, to look stupid.

Do not let that happen to you. No matter where you are, no matter what is going on in your life, where you are going is better than where you are now.

If you do not give up, you will get there. If you have the courage to keep going, you will get there. The question is, ‘Will you?’
