Don’t expect too much from other people. They have their own problems. They are not perfect. They don’t have it all together.

If you want to get to the next level, don’t wait for your manager. Do not wait for your friend. Do not wait for anyone. Why is that? Because they don’t know what you want, why you want it, when you want it.
You know what you want. To make it happen, you must take 100% of your life. If you wait for people to rescue you, you are going to wait forever.
It is your responsibility to take care of your life. If you are not going to take responsibility for your life, for your career, for your growth, people will take over your life.
