How To Handle Self-Doubt

You are free to doubt yourself. But do not give in to it. When you feel it, express it. When it shows up, acknowledge it.

Do not try to supress it. When you do, you are not helping yourself. You are just extending your pain.

Self-doubt is not going to go away by trying to pretend it is not there. It is there.

When it shows up, ask yourself, ‘When I experience self-doubt, how do I respond?’

Do you cry? Hide? Run away? Shy away?

The best way to handle self-doubt is to see self-doubt as something that we must face, something that we must overcome, if we are to move forward.

When you feel it, do not ignore it. Self-doubt is normal. It is not here to stop you from achieving your dreams.

Use it to strengthen your dreams. Use it to strengthen your life. Do not give in to it.

Do not accept it. Why is that? Because you are good enough. You are powerful enough to handle your own life.

Your self-doubt is trying to tell you that ‘you are not good enough.’ That is not true. You are good enough. You can do whatever it is that you want to do. Take on what you can do.

Focus on what is important to you. When you do that, self-doubt cannot stop you from moving forward.

The question is, ‘When self-doubt shows up, what are you going to do?’

How To Achieve Extraordinary Results

Extraordinary results require you to go small.’– Gary Keller

What are you doing to get better results? Are you happy with what you are getting right now?

If you are not happy with your current results, what are you doing to make them better?

To get better? To live better? To be happier? To laugh more?

Remember that you are in charge of your journey. If you want to change your direction, you must first change yourself.

Be you. Do more. And think more. That is how we get to the next level. Because what you are looking for is not where you are. You can’t find it there. If you want change, change your place.

Change is about movement. It is not about stability. If you are stable, you are not changing. If you are not uncomfortable, you are not growing.

Because growth requires us to get uncomfortable. Because we are doing new things. Because we are challenging ourselves. We are getting vulnerable. Change is messy. It is a messy process. That is why people don’t do it. But if you can do it, you can grow.

The same is true when it comes to achieving extraordinary results. To get more, you have got to do more, think more, work more, and then you can live more.

Extraordinary results come from doing extraordinary things. Because you can’t get more from doing less.

You get less from doing less. You get more from doing more, from thinking more, and from surrounding yourself with great people.

But if you really want to achieve greatness, it requires you to focus on a few things. If you can do that, you can win.
