What you cannot give yourself, don’t expect it from other people. If you cannot give yourself love, don’t expect love from other people. If you cannot make yourself happy, if you cannot make yourself a better person, if you cannot design your own life, if you cannot live your life on your own terms, don’t expect it from others.
