You cannot make yourself happy, you cannot achieve your goals unless you stop making excuses. Why do we make excuses? Why do we run away from opposition? Why do we hide behind excuses? Are we helping ourselves? Or are we harming ourselves? Think about it.

We make excuses to cover our fears. It is easier to do than to face our fears. It is easier to do than to face our circumstances. If you want to grow, if you want to move yourself closer to your dreams, you MUST stop making excuses. Because you cannot live peacefully while making excuses. You cannot get better while making excuses. You cannot make yourself happier while making unnecessary excuses. If you want to grow, you must stop it. Excuses kill dreams. They stuck people where they are. And they can stuck you if you don’t take action.

Whatever you want to do, then do it. Stop telling yourself how something cannot be done. Start telling yourself how it can be done. Stop making excuses for yourself. Start confronting your demons. Start standing up for yourself. Start thinking for yourself. Because when you think for yourself, you can do the impossible. You can change the world around you.

When you face yourself, when you are honest with yourself, when you face your monsters, you get really better. It makes you stronger. And to overcome one monster gives you greater power to overcome the next monster. Remember that life is not without obstacles. It is how you manage them that matters.
