Take Care Of Yourself To Take Care Of Others

‘To bring our most mentally, physically, and emotionally fit serves to the climb, our buckets need to be full and our battery power fully charged.’- Claudia Chan

You are fit when you love yourself. You are not fit when you do not love yourself. You can do anything. Do not limit yourself, You are more than you think.

To bring out the best in yourself, you have to have the best in yourself. To prepare yourself for your future, you have got to love who you are. Without self-love, nothing is going to work.

So, if you are really serious about making a difference in your life, you must focus on what is blessing you, not what is cursing you. You must be able to define what is holding you back from reaching your dreams.

Why is that? Because you can’t change your life if you are not willing to face what is holding you back, if you don’t care about who you are.

Love who you are, especially when you are trying to get back up. The question is, ‘Do you have the courage to face your demons? Do you have the courage to be you, no matter what?

As always, remember, ‘You are more, not less!’

The Power Of Being Yourself

Being you doesn’t mean that you need to be there for everybody. That is not what we are talking about. But it get people closer to you.

Because when you are who you are, you do not have anything to hide. You have got to be you. If you want people to trust you, you have got to be you.

Be you. Do not fake your life. Being you means you are real to yourself. Yes, it takes courage to be who you are.

You are not here to be a people-pleaser. You are here to make a difference in the world. You are going to be better able to help other people when you are yourself, when you have the courage to do what you are here to do.

Being who you are means being honest with yourself, with your imperfections, trying to be like other people.

You are who you are when you are okay with your weaknesses. You are who you are when you are not afraid to get out of your comfort zone.

You are who you are when you have the courage to say ‘no’ to what you don’t want.

Be you. You can be you, not others. If you want to experience peace, to invite happiness into your life, you have got to be you.

As always, You are more, not less!
