Why You Should Stay In The Game

‘Fear is normal. Defeating it takes willpower and practice and nothing worth winning or achieving comes without its own set of struggles, obstacles and doses of fear.’- Mick Spencer

That is why you shouldn’t quit on yourself. That is why you should stay in the game. Because if you do not play, you won’t win.

Players are winners. People who win are players. If you want to win, you must stay in the game. And you must play the game with all you have. If not, you are not going to win.

‘Nervous’ Does Not Equal ‘Not Doing’

‘There will be a moment when you have to step to your spotlight, but once you’ve done it, then it’s easy.’- Lucy Whittington

Stepping out of where we are comfortable is not easy for most of us. But that is what we really need if we want to make a difference in this world, if we want to change our lives.

If you are not making any progress, maybe you need to consider stepping into your own spotlight. Don’t hide yourself from your success.

Whatever it is that you are not comfortable doing, if you want to get better at it, you must face it.

It is okay to be scared, but you must do something about it. In the words of Lucy, ‘Nervous’ does not equal ‘not doing.”
