You are stronger and better than whatever you are facing in your life. Be patient with yourself. Just know that it is not going to be with you forever. Just know that you can defeat it, that you are better than what is trying to dim your light.

No one can dim your life. You are here to make a difference, not to waste your time. So, whatever it is that is trying to hold you back, do not give up. Focus on what is working for you.

Do not focus on what is not working for you. Focus on what you have, not on what you do not have. Focus on light, not darkness.

Challenges are not permanent. They are just there to test your love for yourself, to test your love for your dreams. They are not there to break you. They can’t break you. Unless you let them.

No matter what you are going through in your life, do not let it stop you from loving yourself, from caring about other people, from dealing with difficult things, from being true to yourself, from being grateful for what you have, and from honoring your life.

Because what you are going through is a test. And you are going to come out stronger, better, and wiser.

Do not stop. Keep going. Keep on keeping on. And you will get to where you want to be.

How To Keep Your Integrity

You are your integrity. You are nothing without it. It is very hard to build. But you can destroy it in a day.

You are not going to go far in your life if people don’t trust you. You are not going to have a happy life if no one is willing to work with you.

To keep yourself on the right path, the path to success, you must have the courage to stand for something.

Integrity requires you to be you, to practice what you believe in, to face what is in front of you.

Integrity is everything. To keep it, you must be honest with yourself. And you must be honest with other people. If you know you are not going to be able to do something, do not say it.

Integrity is being honest with other people. It is about living the life that you want other people to live. It is about living your own truth. It is not about trying to present who you are not.

Integrity is how you treat yourself. It is about what you stand for. It is not about other people. It is about you, your character.

Integrity is about being authentic, supportive, true to yourself, grateful, and being reliable.

It is about what you care about in your life, what you value in your life. If you want to keep your integrity, you must stay true to yourself. Because your life starts with you. Because everything starts with you.
