It is not about you. It is about what you are trying to do. No matter how hard you work, if you don’t have the right tool, you are not going to be able to do it.

If your tool is not the right one for the job you’re trying to do, change it. If you do not change it, you are setting yourself up for failure.

Because you are not the right person to judge your work. ‘You can never see your eyes.’ To know how you are doing, you need to hear it from other people.

When it comes to your growth, feedback is important. Without it, you are not going anywhere.
