If you are in a leadership position, to bring out the best in other people, you must first bring out the best in yourself.
To do that, you must answer this one important question.
‘Am I in the right place?’
If you are not ‘in the right place, no matter what you think you know, nothing is going to happen. You are not going to grow.
Yes, success depends on who you are. But if you are not in the right place, success is not going to happen.

Success is not about what you know. Success is not about who you know. Real success is about you. It is about who you are, how you see yourself.
Your SELF-WORTH. You can do anything in life if you don’t doubt yourself.
You can pretend all you like. If you do not see yourself doing great things, it is not going to happen.
Why? Because success is not an external thing. It is an internal thing. If you really want to be successful in your life, in your career, you must BELIEVE in yourself.
If not, nothing is going to happen.
