It means that you are honest, reliable, and trustworthy. It helps others trust you, especially if you haven’t lived with integrity in the past. If you have previously lied, cheated, and stolen, then those around you probably don’t trust you very much. And they’re probably not going to trust you any time soon unless you show them a different way of living your life.’

Whatever you do, be reliable. ‘Consistency is key.’

And do not forget that people like to stay where they are comfortable. In other words, people don’t like change.

People don’t like change, and they don’t like it when you try to change. Whether you want to get healthier, grow personally, or do something that will make you more successful, when you reach for something bigger and better, it will invariably make some people uncomfortable.’
