How To Find Your Own Happiness

‘Loving yourself starts with the decision to live for your own individual happiness. Happiness and love are not finite commodities. They are infinite. Getting happy and loving yourself doesn’t mean that you are taking away from anyone’s happiness. You will not hurt anyone if you prioritize happiness. Instead, that happiness will overflow within you, and the light of your happiness will lead those who live in darkness out of it. You will show other people how to find their own happiness. You will show them how through the clarity of your example.’-Teal Swan

Everything, I mean everything, starts with you. Your love starts with you. Your happiness starts with you.

That is because, you can’t give out what you do not have. Remember that you are responsible for your happiness. If you want to be happy, you can make yourself happy.

To get there, to find your real happiness, make other people happy. Remember, happiness is not what you get from other people; it is what you give to other people.

If you want to be happy, you have got to take care of you own thoughts.

Labels Are Not Real

Love and label cannot coexist. Love and judgment cannot coexist. When you label people, you can’t love them.

To love people, do not judge them. To love people, do not label them.

You cannot love and label at the same time. Remember, love is acceptance, not judgment. Love is accepting people for who they are. Love does not focus on people’s weaknesses. Love accepts weaknesses.

‘Every label we hold, every label we stick on others, every label we judge is not real. They’re not real, but they’re effective. These labels do a wonderful job of making the ‘other’ less us and easier to care less about.’– Humble the Poet

If you really want to love other people, do not focus on their weaknesses. Instead, focus on their strengths.

Remember, when you focus on what people are not good at, you will miss what they are good at. Do not let that happen to you.
