Are You Empty?

Take care of yourself. It is the best thing you can do for yourself, for your people, for your community, and for the world. Self-care is important.

Do not say, ‘I do not have time to do that.’ You do have enough time to do what is important to you, to your growth.

The question is, ‘How are you spending your time?’ To take care of yourself, you need time. You need your full self. And you need your attention.

If you are not with yourself, it is hard to take care of yourself.

Remember that time is everything. If no time for your life, no one will have time for your life.

What you can’t do for yourself, what you can’t give yourself, no one can do it for you. To have a better life, you have got to do it for yourself.

Because it is hard to help other people when we don’t know who we are, when we can’t even take care of ourselves.

To take care of other people, you must first take care of yourself.

Why You Must Give All You Can

If you are not getting what you are supposed to be getting, you must check what you are giving.

Success comes from giving your best. Failure comes from not doing all we can.

You can’t cheat life. If you want to be successful, if you want to get what you are looking for, whatever that is, you must help yourself become who you were created to be.

You must give all you can. You must do your best.

‘You must help people be their best.’ Remember, the best way to achieve what you want in life is to help other achieve what they want.

The best way to help yourself get better at what you are doing is to help other people get better at what they are doing.

If you are in business, if you want your customers to keep coming back to you, you must help them achieve success.

You must help them get better at what they do. When they are good, you are good. When they are growing, you are growing. When they make money, you make money.

And ‘You will be rewarded in return.’
