But if you spiritual muscles are weaker than your physical muscles, you must do everything to get them back. Because your spiritual life controls your physical life. If you want to maintain your inner peace, you must pay attention to your inner muscles. Are you ready to do that?

How can you live in the present when your mind is not with you? If you have been doing it, it is time to stop. It is time to start living your life. It is time to forget about yesterday. You are not the only one with a bad yesterday. Don’t think you are the only one suffering. Don’t think you are the only one who is struggling right now. We are all going through things, but they are different.

What you are going through is meant for you to go through. It is designed to make you stronger, not weaker. So take it as what you have to go through to get to the other side of your life. You can’t change your past. You can change where you are going to.

Don’t worry about what you going through right now. You may have lost your job, but it is not the end of your life. You may have messed up your school exam, it is not the end of your road. Whatever you are going through right now is preparing you for what is to come. And a lot of things are coming. So be ready!
