This Is Why You Should Give Yourself Plenty Of Love

Always give yourself plenty of love. When you are in love with yourself, nothing else matters. It is important to love and celebrate ourselves. That is why we are here. We are not here to hate. We are here to love.

But to give out love, you must first have it. And love is not what you get from other people. It is what you give to other people. To give love to other people, you have got to be really good at loving yourself.

Barbara De Angelis said, “If you aren’t good at loving yourself, you will have a difficult time loving anyone, since you’ll resent the time and energy you give another person that you aren’t even giving to yourself.” To give out something, you must first have it. If you don’t have love to give to others, you will find it difficult to love anyone. The question is: Are you good at loving yourself?

Just Let Go

No matter what anyone has done to you, it is not about you. It is about the person. Don’t focus on it. The best way to let go of what people have done to you is to surrender to life. Why is that? Because you can’t control other people, but you can control yourself.

Live your life. Keep going forward. You are here to live your life, not to think about what other people have done to you. You are here to celebrate what the Lord has done for you, not to dwell on what someone has done to you. Remember, you are bigger, stronger than what someone has done to you. If you want love to come into your life, you must let go of hate. If you want happiness to dominate your life, you must let go of negative thoughts. If you want to move your life forward, you must let go of your old self. Try it and see what happens.
