You have the power to create yourself. You have the power to change what you don’t like about yourself. But you can’t do it overnight. If you really want to work on yourself, you have got to be kind to yourself.
Change is not easy, but it is doable. You have the power to change yourself. Don Miquel Ruiz writes, “You have the power to create. Your power is so strong that whatever you believe comes true. You create yourself, whatever you believe you are. You are the way you are because that is what you believe about yourself. Your whole reality, everything you believe, is your creation. You have the same power as any other human in the world. The main difference between you and someone else is how you apply your power, what you create with your power. You may be similar to others in many ways, but no one in the world lives her life the way you do.” Go for it. Whatever you want to do to move yourself closer to your dreams, don’t let fear stop you from doing it. If you don’t do it, you will remain where you are.
