Is Hard Work Enough To Win

What separates high achievers from others is hard work. As Sam Ewing once said, “Hard work sportlights the character of people: some turn up their sleeves, some turn up their noses, and some don’t turn up at all.” You can’t succeed without hard work. The question is, “Are you giving your best?”

Remember that to get the best, you must give the best. And you can’t give the best if you don’t know what you are good at. To know what you are good at, you must assess yourself. You must develop the ability to assess yourself. You must find out what you are not good at, what you are really good at, and you must turn your weaknesses into your power.

Whatever you are doing right now, no matter how difficult, do not give up. As Thomas Muller once remarked, “All things are difficult before they are easy.” If what you are doing right now is not going according to your plan, keep doing it. It will get better. You will win if you don’t give up. Helen Rowland said, “You will never win if you never begin.” You have what it takes to change your life. Don’t talk yourself out of it. Be hopeful. Thomas Fuller said, “Great hopes make great men.” Be happy. Keep pursuing your dreams. That is why you are here.

All Things Are Difficult Before They Are Easy

Thomas Fuller was right when he said, “All things are difficult before they are easy.” I have always believed that we can achieve our dreams. Whatever your dreams are, whatever you are trying really hard to achieve in your life, it is going to be difficult before it gets easy. Do not give up. Do not tell yourself that you can’t get it done. You can. Believe in yourself. Believe in your dreams. Believe in your talent. Believe in your ability to get things done. Do not throw your dreams away. Put it in front of you. If you want to achieve your goals in your life, you must keep your dreams in your heart. You must sing it every day. You must live it every day. You must water it every day.

“If you want to achieve your dreams, you must keep them in your heart.”

If you ignore your dreams, they will ignore you. But if you nurture them, they will never leave you. It is important to nurture your dreams. It is not going to be easy. But if others can do it, you can do it. Your dreams are not impossible. They are possible. If your dreams are not happening right now, don’t give up. Because giving up your dream is not the solution to your situation. Nurture your dreams. If you want your dreams to die, ignore them. But if you want your dreams to live, you must nurture them. You must work them. You must live them. You must write them down. You must visit them every day. If not, they will not survive this hostile world we live in.

“It is your responsibility to make your dreams come true. If you don’t , who will?”

Your dreams will survive if you don’t ignore them. It is your responsibility to grow them. But you can’t grow your dreams if you don’t care for them. If you want them to survive, you have got to care for them. If you love your dreams, do not ignore them. No matter how hard, no matter how tough, stick with them. In the words of Sam Glenn, “You have to take responsibility for your life; if you don’t, who will?” Yes, he is right. You are responsible for making your dreams come true. If you don’t do it for yourself, who will? If you don’t take responsibility for your future, who will? If you don’t stick with your dreams, who will?

“Do not fail yourself.”
